Cornerstone Capital Management Limited is a leading privately owned European real estate investment manager. Cornerstone acts as principal and co-investing partner to source, finance, execute and asset manage real estate investments.

Cornerstone was founded in 2005 with the specific aim of investing in high quality real estate offering the potential for high returns through excellent initial stock selection, active management, refurbishment and redevelopment potential.

Cornerstone has assembled a group of highly talented and experienced real estate professionals who provide leadership, experience and expertise. The combined senior executive team has €9bn of transaction experience across eight countries and an average of 25 years experience. The team share a common vision based on integrity, professionalism and trust, along with a primary commitment to serve the interests of our clients.
